JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Position Title : Emergency Nutrition Programme Coordinator Location : Tacloban and Ormoc ,Philippines Line Management Responsibility : CMAM and IYCF Supervisors Program : Nutrition JOB SUMMARY: To manage the CMAM and IYCF program, and to ensure that the all components of the programme are functioning properly, providing care of quality to all the patients/beneficiaries through respecting protocols and principles of good practice. QUALIFICATIONS: • Advanced University Degree (M.Sc. /B.Sc.) in Nursing, Public Health Nutrition with orientation in emergency nutrition intervention experience. • Experience of emergency nutrition work and the design and implementation of feeding programmes (ideally CMAM, BSFP and IYCF)), including monitoring and evaluation • Experience of 2 years as a manager or coordinator in a humanitarian context and good in budget management • Experience in conducting nutrition surveys, including planning, sampling, training, data collection, supervision, data cleaning, analysis, reporting and dissemination. • Demonstrable management experience, including budget holding responsibility • Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff on Emergency nutrition • Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions • Experience and ability to represent Samaritan’s Purses nutrition work in external meetings • Excellent skills in Word, Excel and in appropriate software for nutrition (Ep info, ENA For interested and qualified applicants, please submit your CV/resume’/biodata with picture to our Office located at Hotel Lorenza or send through email to [email protected].
