JOB HIRING: Software Engineer Reports to Service and Development Manager Overall responsibility To Design and Develop software applications, to provide email, phone and onsite technical support to our customers and to assist in the development of projects throughout entire project life cycle Key areas of responsibility 1. Analyze requirements, research, design and develop new software applications. 2. Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification 3. Create technical documentations including design specifications, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code for the applications and test plans. 4. Provide high quality technical support to our customer 5. Conduct onsite routine health check of the systems installed at customer base 6. Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps 7. Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our customer service team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary 8. Assist in project work such as development of graphics, reports and calculations 9. Conduct Project Internal Testing 10. Conduct user trainings Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science • Fresh graduates are welcome • Proficient in programming (Visual Studio, ASP and Java), MS Office (with VBA) and industrial automation is an advantage • Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 (MOSS/WSS) is a plus • Strong sense of customer service • Ability to be a good listener and understand a customer’s problem or question and help them solve it • Good verbal and writing skills and phone mannerism • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good organizational skills • Able to work independently and a good team player • Able to drive is an advantage Work Environmental & Physical Demands: • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. • Work requires occasional overseas travel.
