JOB Hiring for Cradle Media: We are seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for an acupuncture clinic in New York City. This position will be a front line representative for the clinic and brand and is therefore very important. The individual must be able to represent the brand and set the tone (friendly, helpful and supportive) for the service that we provide. The individual must also be extremely detail oriented and be able to complete tasks assigned, as well determine and assign follow up tasks as needed. Primary duties will revolve around answering patient phone calls: ● Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments for existing patients ● Taking new patient information and creating patient profiles ● Answering basic information about the company’s services ● Forwarding calls to the clinic as needed Other duties will include: ● Assisting with our patient follow up process ● Creating tasks regarding patient follow up as need ● Completing tasks assigned regarding patient follow up ○ Making follow up calls to patients (ex. appointment reminders) ○ Sending follow up email to patients for interested parties send me your resumes at josephcarbonellbea@gmail or send me a private message here in FB.
