***JOB OF THE DAY*** Production Supervisor Bugle Gripsure (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated, production supervisor with excellent organisational skills and proven supervisory leadership skills. Working in a small, award-winning business, the role requires an outgoing and results orientated individual who is self-motivated, willing to lead ‘from the front’ and be proactive within the company. You should be able to work under pressure in a practical, responsive way and demonstrate previous experience of leading and organising a production team. A flexible attitude to your work is required, as this new role will be developed to cover other disciplines, such as technical support/equipment maintenance. Personal integrity and honesty along with a strong work ethic are essential attributes for this role. A clean driving licence is preferred and whilst not essential, previous experience of an engineering background would be advantageous, along with forklift licence.
