JOB OFFER: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / COMMUNICATION OFFICER Addis-Abeba Alliance éthio-française is hiring an administrative assistant/ communication officer. Position available immediately Essential Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities The administrative assistant is responsible to perform advanced administrative, coordinating, and other clerical tasks. · Produces administrative documents /reports including non-routine documents /reports following limited instructions. · Arranges meetings/ appointments/ secretarial tasks · Generates, with little direction, reports, tables, graphs, lists and correspondence · Takes responsibility for the progress of small to medium projects, which may include multiple components, predetermined milestones and deadlines. · Communication: generates and translates press releases/newsletters, ensure and develop contacts with medias and institutional partners. This list of essential duties, tasks and responsibilities is not all-inclusive; individual will perform other related duties as assigned. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Excellent level in French, English and Amharic.
