JOB OPENING: Youth Advocate Program , Inc. Community Youth Services Caseworker A BA/BS Degree from an accredited College or University is required. Experience in crisis intervention & family/youth counseling a plus, but not required. The position includes: conducting individual & family case management, crisis intervention, group coordination, family/individual sessions (in-home/office setting), school coordination and travel within the Macon, Piatt & Dewitt Counties service area. Community networking and being part of a crisis team that works with at-risk families will require excellent documentation skills, maintaining case files, development of case plans, time management & organizational skills. Position will also work closely with the Hilltop Shelter that the Youth Advocate Program operates. This full time position is considered overtime/exempt/salary. Fringe & benefits included.
