JOB OPENING for RICHMOND: Little Scholars, LLC has a need for a Recruiting & Teacher Coordinator. The qualified candidate has experience in the field of education, is highly organized and detail oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and can responsibly manage deadlines and confidential information. The Recruiting & Teacher Coordinator must have vast classroom experience to draw upon when interviewing teacher candidates and can recognize excellence in teaching. The Recruiting & Teacher Coordinator will be responsible for hiring teachers across all geographic markets and assigning teachers to classes and camps in the schools where Little Scholars programs are offered. The schedule requires 20-25 hours per week and the compensation is $20/hour. Little Scholars is a high-quality provider of after-school educational enrichment programs, in-school and in-home tutoring, educational summer camps, and assessments for students in grades PK-8th.
