JOB OPPORTUNITY AT TIFFIN..... please share! Cake Baker and Decorator. Tiffin is looking for a qualified and experienced baker to take on the role of baking and decorating Tiffin’s cakes. Requirements: Qualification in design and cake baking of flour confectionary. Experience in the industry. Must have self motivation and enthusiasm Able to work on own initiative as well as in a small team. Ability to work well under pressure whilst coping with the demands of producing a high quality product. Experience of working in a commercial kitchen and in food service would be advantageous. Must be good at verbal and written English. Have up to date knowledge of health & safety. Responsibilities include: Baking of cakes, scones and pastry. Decorating of cakes Stock taking and ordering of ingredients General kitchen duties Compliance with hygiene regulations and high standards of cleanliness and safety including necessary paperwork Up to 20 hours per week.
