Fluent English written and verbal 2. Computer Literate 3. Willing and able to live and work in Fujairah, UAE 4. Office working experience in Managing vessels operation, bunker requirement, voyage performance and consumption 5. In depth knowledge of load/discharge documentation, accurate information for voyage plan, up-to-date database of vessels port cost and relevant information, charter party terms, fixture recap review. 6. Strong relationship within tanker markets/industry 7. Customer management/relationship building skills 8. Good understanding of other market segments. 9. Commercially minded with very strong negotiation skills. 10. Dynamic, committed and self-motivated team player 11. Excellent interpersonal with high business and social networking skills.
