JOB OPPORTUNITY IN BLACK LAW FIRM Position: Receptionist @ Greenland Lawyers in Camden, London ₤14,000.00 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6pm, with 1-hour lunch break. To apply send CV and Cover Letter to [email protected] Responsible to the Admin Officer Job Specification • Processing of all incoming telephone calls and the conveying of messages effectively. • Deal with all visitors and clients to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. • Looking after the visitor book. • Receive and process all clients and other visitors to key responsibilities and accountabilities. • You will receive and sort mail and deliveries, schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. • You will control inventory relevant to reception area, tidy and maintain the reception area. • You will ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, provide general administrative and clerical support and prepare correspondence and documents. • Distribution of post, organising, planning and prioritising work. • Undertake other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. Special conditions Any job offer will be subject to satisfactory references which will not be taken up until after interview. You are employed subject to satisfactory completion of a 6 months probationary period. Skillset required for position 1 - 2 year’s experience Good written and verbal Communication Skills in English language Organised and able to work with sometimes with minimum supervision Good timekeeper Must have IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be useful) Typing speed up 35 wpm Must be a team player and willing to help out when required Smart appearance; able to work on own initiative together with a friendly attitude
