JOB POST FOR PORTUGUESE (PORTUGAL) TECHNICAL TRANSLATOR POSITION DESCRIPTION: Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our award-winning MDM software solutions, AirWatch is actively seeking Translators for a two week project. As a Translator, you will work closely with Marketing and Product Management to translate software manuals, marketing materials, sales materials, software terms, and miscellaneous other documents as needed. The company is growing rapidly, so there is a strong need to increase our global presence and globalize our marketing, sales and product documentation. The ideal candidate is hard working, technically minded and is a native of Portugal and fluent in Portuguese. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Product Management to learn our product offerings Work with Marketing to understand brand strategy and marketing communication style and tone Interpret and translate technical and non-technical documents from English to native language Effectively manage translation projects Effectively communicate progress and project updates to team Meet company and client driven deadlines Desired Skills and Experience POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Strong written and verbal communication skills required Must be a native of Portugal and fluent in Portuguese Must have excellent grammar and spelling in English and native language Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Marketing, International Business or equivalent preferred Technical minded and able to translate documents in all languages of fluency Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Apply here: https://www11.ultirecruit/AIR1005/jobboard/NewCandidateExt.aspx?__JobID=591
