JOB: Sewanee, TN University Farm Manager University of the South Farm The University of the South, popularly known as Sewanee, seeks a University Farm Manager to fill a key role in supporting the continued development of a college farm, where students are able to participate physically and intellectually. The University Farm Manager will also enhance student learning through demonstration and presentation of agroecological concepts and a wide range of organic food production/consumption skills with an emphasis on integration with the academic program. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of five years’ experience in small scale farm production and/or farming with an educational component. Candidate must possess leadership skills and be able to work with a broad spectrum of individuals. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications.
