JOB DESCRIPTION: • Studding the specification of orders & preparing production plans by process job cards. • ISO documentations. • Responsible to lead the operations of the Business head office. • Responsible for Overall Plant Functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Efficiency, Cost, Delivery and attending Customers complaints. • Indirectly responsible for meeting sales target more than the previous year by adding new Products / variants by catering for more customers. • Responsible for managing & motivating the group of Managers / Incharges, Engineers, Operators, technicians etc to achieve the same. • Responsible for manpower requirement identification, capacity enhancement based on present /future demands and involves in the company Business strategy planning to meet The present/future requirements with MD/Director. • Develop strategy and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure competitiveness in the Industry. • Lead and motivate a large group of Engineers where primary responsibility is to define and implement complete Manufacturing processes. • Generation, maintenance & disposal of quality records of department. • Identification of Training needs of personnel in the department and assessment of resource Requirement for the same. • Implementation of Quality System in the department. • To execute safety precautions and housekeeping. • To stop any machine in the company if needed due to any abnormalities. • To take any decision where equipment is at risk. • Calibration & maintenance of measuring instruments , Air receiver & EOT Cranes. • Pr ventive & Break down Maintenance of THREE DG set of capacity 82.5 , 160, 160 KVA EXPOSURES:- • Design & development Work for Automation Systems whenever is required to improve productivity, and getting very good results. • Very good Exposures of High Profiling roll design for tube forming process. • Successfully working Auto Cad R-2006 and other software’s. • To audit the ISO documents • Having good efficiency to lead a Team, for production department. • Very Good Exposure of development to increase output & product quality.
