JOB VACANCY 3) Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities: - Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement - Provide effective service recovery for complaints - Ensure appropriate and adequate investigation are carried out for all cases - Ensure performance measures are met at all times - Update status of complaints - Modify, change and/or cancel existing agreements - Liaison with customers and clients to resolve complaints - Attend to customers professionally and swiftly - Diagnose and provide professional advice for repairs or servicing and technical assistance. - Coordination of repair service according to the customer requirements Requirements: - GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any discipline - Able to work in a fast pace environment - Customer service oriented with friendly disposition - Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment - Min 1-3 years of working experience in relevant customer service industry. - Bilingual, preferred high verse in spoken English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates) - Possess own Vehicle Other Information: - Location: Jurong (near Jurong Point) - Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, alternate Sat off - Salary: $1700-$2000 based on experiences Interested, please send your resume to rachelchee@drwhohub
