JOB VACANCY Mercy Corps is seeking candidates for the following position: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: M&E Officer will be responsible for regular monitoring and evaluation of the program activities, tracking daily attendance at all program sites, providing support to programme teams in M&E and reporting, and conducting surveys and focus group discussion according to M&E Plan. S/he will develop and implement M&E data collection tools focused on analysis and reporting to ensure quality reporting to the donor. M&E Officer will report directly to Program Manager and work closely with DM&E Manager. The ideal candidate should have a Minimum BA degree in Sociology, Economics or other relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of development and/or relief programs Demonstrated skills in data collection, statistical analysis methods, and database management, Experience developing and delivering training on M&E, good writing skills, including reports, best practices, cases studies, etc., proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different areas in the kingdom, fluency in Arabic and English. Experience in using SPSS software is preferred.
