Responsibilities • Plan and execute projects to improve cost, yield, quality and productivity of products in his/her portfolio. • Perform qualification of product changes, wafer fab transfers, and new package release. • Analyze and resolve technical issues and challenges in Fab, Probe, Assembly, Test, and Design working closely with global product, design, wafer fab process, device engineering and manufacturing teams. • Support application & design engineering in resolving customer application issues. • Support the development and manufacturing of highly integrated processors. Requirements • Degree or Masters in Electrical & Electronics Or Mechatronics only required to apply. • Knowledge on product yield & cost improvement and/or NPI start-up • Proven skills in failure analysis, test software programming, statistical analysis, VLSI design, and/or test methodology development • Knowledge of UNIX, Perl, C/C++, and assembly language programming is an added advantage • Knowledge & application of statistical process controls • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
