***** JOB VACANCY **** We are currently looking for a SECOND CHEF working closely with our Head Chef and deputising and leading the kitchen in their absence. Preparing and cooking breakfast and dinners in a 103 bedroomed hotel, some lunches with buffet work and banquets. Assisting with the menu planning and food stock percentages ensuring targets are met. Supervising all kitchen staff ensuring that the kitchens 5 star accreditation is maintained and achieved at all times. Split shifts 5 days out of 7, earliest start 6.30am latest finish 8.30pm depending on business. Experience in a similar position an advantage.
