BUO (Business Unit Officer) / TRO (Tenant Relation Officer) Responsibilities: Handling tenant daily operation and coordinate with related dept to solve tenant problem. Duties: • Dealing with daily tenant activities • Coordinate with tenant & related dept to solve tenants complaints • To give advise & suggestion to support increasing tenants sales Requirements: • Male, 25 – 35 years old • S1 in any majoring • Minimum 2 years experienced in Mall / Shopping Center • Able to use MS Office • Can work as a Team • Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill • Good Appearance 2.
