Position: Area Sales Manager – Institutional Sales Experience: 5 to 8 years in Corporate Sales Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Location: Gurgaon, Faridabad and Patna Education- MBA (Marketing specialization), Graduate (Any) Salary Range: 20K – 30K Objective • To manage institutional sales in the given area and ensure output of sales executives. • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals for sales representatives. • Monitoring all sales activities, lead generation to final closure of deal and payments. Responsibilities • Responsible for monitoring sales of Educational products. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Maximize all opportunities in closing a sales deal. • Determine price schedules and discount rates. • Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. • Receive, observe and maintain accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities. Roles & Relationship • Maintain contact with all clients in market to ensure client satisfaction. • Identifying the developmental needs of sales representatives and helping them through coaching and mentoring. • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. • Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect and cooperation. • Communicating with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
