JOBssssssssss Our client, a leading chemical company looking for HSE Manager in Lahore Qualification & Experience: • Engineering Graduate preferably in Chemical Engineering or M.S-Environment Sciences/Environmental Engineering. • Minimum of 10 years experience in the chemical industry with a minimum of 5 years in HSE role in heavy chemical industry or in the automotive market or related sectors. Key Responsibilities: To provide HS&E leadership and facilitate company in developing HSE Vision / HSE Strategy and systems for sustained good HSE performance, and provide support for conformance to HSE Governance requirements. • Lead HSE target setting in line with Corporate and ME Region programs and plans. • Align HSE policies with company’s HSE Policies and other corporate rules and regulations as well as develop and maintains the company’s HSE Manual. • Identify and prioritize the focused HSE improvement area across the COMPANY and continuously drive improvements in the COMPANY in alignment with the corporate guidelines, such as SAQ, behavior based safety and process safety management programs. • Drive focused HSE improvement in COMPANY as per guidance from ME Region HSE Function so that full conformance to Company’s HSE Standards and above reference level performance in all sub elements of HSE&S SAQ is achieved. • Implement HSE related training, coaching, education for COMPANY. • Facilitate / provide professional and technical advice to EMT members for Management of change, new projects, incidents investigation and lead the process of hazard studies and risk assessments. • Maintain regular contact with the external HSE auditors and with the internal HSE organization, coordinate for Corporate / specialist and other 3rd party audits, submit the reports from the external auditors to COMPANY EMT with improvement areas identified and proposed way forward. • Participate in HS&E Committee meetings and conferences. • Work closely with Business Managers/RND Manager and Product Stewards for ensuring full conformance to Product Stewardship requirements as established by Company’s Global Product Stewardship and RA Function.
