JOHNNY BALDAW : Johnny Badlaws style is an eclectic blend of blues and alt country. As a singer songwriter he creates music to evoke emotion and to tell a story. Alt Country, Blues, Southern Rock Member: Johnny Badlaw Chicago IL Biography: Johnny Badlaw first started playing guitar when he was about 5 or 6 years old... his uncle left a guitar during a visit and it didnt take him long to pick it up and start playing. By Junior High he joined his first band and started writing songs and no matter how he tried they always came out a little country...that was because of fathers country influences. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Biloxi MS. Thats when he discovered the blues...Robert Johnson and the legend of Highway 61. A number of years past-by and it wasnt until 2003 when he moved to Chicago and the circle was complete. Disillusioned with Corporate America Johnny rediscover himself and his music and is currently working on his 3rd CD schedule to be releast next fall 2012...
