JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST WE, PO2 Reynaldo Sajulga Aguirre and PO1 Pedro Bunquin Delgado, of legal ages, bonafide members of the Philippine National Police with postak address care of Muntinlupa City Police Station, Putatan National Road, Muntinlupa City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, that: 1. We are members of the Intelligence Unit of Muntinlupa City Police Station under the leadership of Police Senior Inspector Romeo Vasquez; 2. As member of the Southern Police District Office, we were also tasked to help in the early resolution of the Death of Ms. Kristelle Davantes, a young corporate executive in Bonifacio Global City and who later was found dead in Silang, Cavite, the government has issued a nationwide manhunt for the arrest of the culprits; 3. After the arrest made by the National Bureau of Investigation against one of the Suspects named SAMUEL DECIMO who admitted before the media of his participation in the brutal killing, we were able to collate some important information and pictures as to the other culprits identified as @JOJO, @JORIC, and @LLOYD; 4. On September 21, 2013 at about 1:00 PM, we received an information coming from a reliable civilian agent that same suspects are preset at his vicinity – he specified the location to be at Garcip Compound, Purok Uno, Cupang, Muntinlupa City; 5. Immediately, we informed our Chief of Office PSI VAQUEZ who then relayed to our City Chief of Police PSSUPT ROQUE EDUARDO DELA PEÑA VEGA who gave us the signal to pursue the alleged suspects; 6. About 2:00 PM of same date, a meeting was convened in preparation for the police operation to be conducted against the said suspects; 7. Around 4:00 PM still of the same date, we arrived at Garcip Compound, we were informed that @JOJO has already vacate the place as our Confidential Informant pointed two of the suspects identified as @JORIC and @LLOYD while also in the act of leaving the place, the duo actually resembles that from the pictures of @JORIC and @LLOYD we possessed; 8. I (PO2 Aguirre) immediately flashed my ID Card as a member of the Muntinlupa City Police and announced their arrest, while (PO1 Delgado) then grabbed the arrested one of the suspects later identified as LLOYD BENEDICT ENRIQUEZ y BULAC, 18 years old, single, jobless, and with address located at Villa Esperanza, Molino II, Bacoor, Cavite; 9. @JORIC upon seeing the presence of police operatives, quickly scampered going to the direction of Sucat and was chased by other team members, however he was managed to elude arrest; 10. WE (PO2 Aguirre and PO1 Delgado) explained the details of his arrest and informed him of the rights provided by our laws as we brought him before our Police Station for appropriate action where he explained the details of his participation in the gruesome killing of MS KAE DAVANTES and accordingly, it was SAMUEL DECIMO who killed the victim as he plainly served as a lookout, he further lamented that it was also DECIMO who carted all the loot items (Cellphone and Laptop) and only gave each of them One Hundred Fifty Peoso as share; 11. Said arrested suspect through the effort of our Chief of Police was presented to the Special Investigation Task Group KAE (SITG KAE) who is in charge of the Investigation of this celebrated case; 12. LLOYD BENEDICT ENRIQUEZ is the @LLOYD mentioned in the disclosure made by SAMUEL DECIMO as figured out by REGGIE DIEL y GALVAN @JOJO (also one of the suspects) who voluntarily surrendered to the SITG KAE; 13. We are executing this to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement and to help in the prosecution of LLOYD BENEDICT ENRIQUEZ @LLOYD for the crime committed against MS.
