JOKE OF THE DAY!!! Yesterday, l took a day off to visit someone at Festac town here in Lagos. While in a commuter bus from Oshodi to Mile 2, one old man of about 73 years suddenly shouted in the bus saying, “Who took my wallet? I said who took my wallet? If you don’t give me back my wallet now, what happened in 1964 will repeat itself here”. Everybody was quiet. The man repeated it about twice and nobody seemed to bring out his wallet. At a point, some passengers became afraid; they said this man may be a native doctor ooo. Especially, some ladies in the bus started crying, “Please, make una give this man his wallet now, which kind problem una want put us into? Una wan make us die in this bus”. After about 3 minutes, one guy just brought out the wallet and said, Papa, Oya take your wallet”. The man collected it, checked the little money inside it and it was intact, and he said, “You people should thank God that my wallet is back, otherwise, what happened in 1964 would have repeated itself now”. One young girl at the extreme came forward to the man and said, “Papa good morning. I am a student of history at Unilag, please, l like to know what happened in 1964” The man said, “My daughter, its not a small thing, if you were there in 1964, infact you will have pity on me. The girl asked, what happened? He said, l entered a bus like this going to Umunede from Benin, and they stole my wallet. The girl asked him, “then, what happened”? He said, “I used leg go home and that was exactly what happened.” Infact, at that moment, all of us inside the bus felt like killing the man. In short, the guy who even stole the wallet went back to the man to demand the wallet back. It’s terrible Friends! Lol.
