JONATHAN - THE BEST OF THE 2 Why I support the continuation of Jonathan for the next 4 years; He has no ties to any military mafia. All his children are in schools here in Nigeria. No one has accused Jonathan of corruption. No one can point to this or that property as belonging to him - He is civil and civilized and accommodating, some virtues which has pitched him against our OVER MILITARIZED citizens who sees brazenness as action and therefore believes he has no ‘action’. Jonathan is focused, consistent and has delivered on infrastructures, economy and should be allowed to continue the good works he is doing. For the first time in over 30 years of this country, vehicle industries are returning to Nigeria to set up assembling plant. For those who judge him based on boko haram, you all are most unfair. When a group of people could pay 22 (not 2) but 22 American professors to prove to US state dept and congress men that boko haram are not terrorist but freedom fighters - that should tell you the hierarchy of those sponsoring it and what their objectives are. Jonathan has handled the security issue with circumspection. Handling it otherwise may have been more catastrophic. I also admit he may have made some mistakes on the security matter one of which is his handling of the Chibok Girls saga - Again hes human and no human is infallible. Lastly, I strongly believe that GEJ is a phenomenal change from before and if we cannot find a better, young alternative, then we must remain with him while we groom the likes of Fashola, Oby Ezekwesili, Donlad Duke, Nuhu Ribadu etal as possible options to take over from him in 2019 GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!
