JONATHAN WINS THE COURT CASE: Hon.Strategy reporting The federal high court at Abuja headed by Justice Evelyn Anyadike ruled out the filling of the case saying the plaintiff lacks the locus standii to sue the case as the Presidents immunity covers him and again the case was not filled well on the ground of due process and thereby declared President Goodluck the right to contest if he wishes. Whereas the Plaintiff argument was in accordance with the Constitution that oat of office should be taken twice but the president insisted he contested once but the provision for that was not stated in the constitution. If the President takes the third oath of office it will go against the constitution. Congratulations to President Goodluck but Lawyers and Enlightened Politicians what is your take on this? Because I doubt if court should rule on the grounds of technicalities instead of justice proper. Whats your take on this?
