JOSHUA CITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE Garage Sales All Over Joshua, Texas SMALL TOWN FUN IN A NEIGHBORLY TOWN ~the last weekend in March~ March 29th and 30th If you like Antique Alley in Cleburne then youll love this! All anyone needs to do to participate is have a garage on this weekend and spread the word all over town for others to have garage sales all on this same weekend. Anyone living in Joshua or the outskirts of Joshua should plan on participating in this! I tried to organize this city wide sale a few years ago by printing out fliers and handing them out door to door in several of the neighborhoods but we didnt get enough publicity. The first year went well but I didnt have any help getting the word out so the following year participation was low. Thanks to the Facebook groups, we now have an easier way to get the word out! Joshua Citywide Garage Sale. All of the usual garage sale items can be found throughout the city as well as some unusual items and a treasure with your name on it! Start at the north end of Main Street in Joshua heading south and look for sales. Garage sales will be all over town on these two days! Its not necessary to have your garage sale on both days and some people might want to start theirs on Friday but its totally up to the individual! Helping by going green. The Joshua City-Wide Garage Sale is a great way to reduce, reuse, and recycle materials. Items bought and sold at garage sales helps reduce the amount of items that may otherwise be sent to our landfill. Anyone can participate and it would be helpful for each addition or area of town to place an ad on Craigslist with directions and also post it in lots of the Facebook groups.
