JSK Friends- sharing photos of the meet which I attended in Nav Lakhi Ground yesterday and it was all about SKILL Development and what came out was there was a big program as large need but quality is not there and the reason is skilled faculty...:=)) So just creating infrastructure and offering resources does not solve the problem and key is going to be find, hire, retain, train skilled faculty. More later... as we are active in these sector at various levels starting from Education where our teachers go to 16 villages and take care of Children, Have primary and Secondary School, EMRS School, College of Nursing, PG in some Medical Courses and VTC where we train in para-medical courses and want to start Solar, Biogas, Organic Agriculture etc. BUT bottle-neck is also there has to be demand from Industry and Institutions to hire them and also offer them internship- BUT they want cheap labour and not participate and just want to complain...
