JTS SPORTS NEWS Jeff Gordon won Sundays Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It was Gordons 5th win at the track, most all-time, and his 90th career Cup win overall, ranking third behind Richard Petty and David Pearson. Kyle Busch came home second, followed by Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth, and Joey Logano. It was Atlanta Braves reunion at the Baseball Hall Of Fame in Cooperstown, NY yesterday as former Braves pitchers Greg Maddux and Tom Glavine, and longtime Braves manager, Bobby Cox were among six new inductees into the Hall Of Fame. Also inducted were longtime White Sox slugger Frank Thomas and managers Joe Torre and Tony LaRussa. Torre won four World Series titles with the Yankees, while LaRussa won three, two with the Cardinals and one with the Oakland As.
