JUICE QUEST HARVEST BOX ORDERS Wednesday 12th November (ALL deliveries on Thursday) AND come check out the new paint job on the caravan at Fork on the Road on Whitmore Square from 12pm today! Comment here or contact me to get your Harvest Box orders in for this week. The boxes contain a mix of organic, spray free, local and conventional fruit and vegetables (we will post here regarding the organic/conventional division of the produce on Wednesday). If you havent bought one yet, we are making up boxes of mixed fruits and vegetables for $30 per box pickup (from Rostrevor) or $35 per box delivered. Let us know if you have special requirements (fruit free, root veg free, fruit only, etc) and we will do our best to meet them. Additional portions (1/4 box in size) can be purchased for $7.50 of either mixed or fruits or vegetables and if you let us know your preferences we will do our best to fulfill them. Alternatively, we always have extra produce for sale on the day, or to trade for equal value items you do not want from your Harvest Box, if you are dropping round for a pickup. Im pretty picky about organic produce and there are some things that I just will not touch (ie. conventional broccoli and apples: broccoli crops are highly sprayed with pesticides and it is not possible to wash it out of the florets; studies on apples have shown that the skin, which is the most nutrient dense part, absorbs chemicals). We also have some whole foods in stock: Himalayan pink salt $9kg Organic Goji Berries $38kg Organic Cashew Pieces $21kg Organic Brazil Nuts $33kg Organic coconut - Shredded $21kg, Desiccated $16kg Organic Pepitas $26kg Organic Sunflower kernels $14kg Organic Mung Dahl $7.5kg Organic Quinoa $18kg Biodynamic Brown Rice (rain fed) $5kg Chia seed $28kg Ezyprotein- Organic, raw, fermented, brown rice protein powder (with all essential amino acids and 98% digestibility) ($65 per 1kg tub). We will be going to our organic whole foods supplier this Tuesday and welcome your requests for more nuts, seeds, grains or special treats that you would want. For deliveries; please post here with your order and area, then follow up with a private message or sms to 0402 907 685 with your contact details, delivery address and a safe place to leave the box if you are not home. Direct deposit can be arranged if you are not home. We currently deliver to the east, north-east, north to Grand Junction Road, south to the Blackwood area and western suburbs. Please contact us if you are outside of this area as we may be able to arrange something. Pickup is from 2pm until 6pm at 6 Redwood Street, Rostrevor.
