JULY 2 UPDATE AND PRAYER REQUESTS: Mom has slowly improved over the past few weeks, regaining physical strength and energy. She is still at the assisted living facility, receiving physical therapy daily and going off-site for dialysis treatments 3x/week. The care at this facility has been much better than we originally expected, which is an answer to prayer. We have two urgent prayer requests at this point. 1. For favor and provision to pay the medical expenses that are piling up. Mom spent 17 days in the hospital, between the ICU and IMCU, and now has been at the assisted living center for a couple of weeks with no set date for release to go home. 2. For Moms kidneys to be healed. The spinal meningitis and treatment that followed have taken a toll on her body. The way her renal doctor described it, they saved her life, but lost her kidneys. Her creatinine levels have barely come up in the past weeks. I think the number was 5, but I dont know what its supposed to be, only that it is excessively low. I personally have experienced supernatural favor when it comes to medical bills being taken care of, to the tune of $70k. ONLY GOD! Ive also both witnessed and experienced supernatural physical healing. Jesus is as able and willing to miraculously heal today as he was when he walked the earth. His Word says it and I know it to be true. Thank you for continuing to pray for Mom! Thank you, also, to our friends at CLC and in the Herrin area who have been such a great help on the practical side. You know who you are and what you have done. :)
