JUMP! is hiring! We are urgently seeking a Director of Operations to join our Southeast Asia regional hub located in Bangkok! The Director of Operations will manage day-to-day business operations, including financial responsibilities associated with program delivery, organizational budgeting and forecasting, and accounting. He/she will also effectively solve problems through personal initiative, accurately communicate with the JUMP! Foundation’s multicultural and international client base, and efficiently work as part of a small, dedicated team. This role would suit those with 5+ years of management, finance and human resources experience, or have attended a business school program with a focus on social impact. The Director of Operations will also occasionally act as a JUMP! Facilitator. Our team of JUMP! Facilitators deliver youth-focused programs that spark personal development, strengthen a sense of community, and increase global awareness within participants. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is fun-loving and hard-working, is interested in learning about other cultures, enjoys collaboration and working as part of a small team, and is eager to be a part of our close-knit community.
