JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER: Minimum requirements: • Matric • At least 1 year project administration and project management experience • Project Management certification or training a plus Duties: To manage projects to completion by influencing and directing the project team to ensure accurate reporting, within agreed time frames, budgets and within scope. Adhere to project methodology that contributes to quality assurance and risk mitigation of projects. Project Management: • Manage multiple projects through the scopes of work / project schedules; • Ensure all projects align to the strategic deliverables of the company. Ensuring adherence to Project Management Methodology • Management and escalation of risks and issues; • Ensure that all documentation (SOW, BRS, DRS, decision logs, risks and issues logs) is timeously available for quality assurance reporting; • Management of projects as per RPO methodology (schedules, change requests) Relationship Building: • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues; • Manage expectations; • Manage team dynamics Manage escalations. Provide Quality Management Assurance: • Reports / dashboards are produced timeously; • Escalation; • Early detection of issues and reporting thereof; • Communication of delays Personal Development Any job related / other initiatives that will assist in development.
