JUST A BIT OF LIGHT READING THIS MORNING !!! had enough so if you think I am going to continually put up with this then think again !!! copied and pasted from the group pharlap .... Pam VennNeddys Friend Yesterday at 19:56 • Does anybody remembetr a purebred grey arabian stallion who was purchased by Laverton and sold to a rescue group. A mare was there also? Sold for $50 LikeLike • Jenny Agnew Yes Tania Decker has them Yesterday at 19:58 • Like • 1 Vicki Carn called the stallion a revolting name too....... Yesterday at 19:58 • Like Hilary Billett The one that pony rescues got that they called a horrible name that I wont mention? Yesterday at 19:58 • Like Jenny Agnew Yes Was all a bit dodgy from memory Yesterday at 19:59 • Like • 1 Pam Venn There is a fabulous new fb page for arabian lovers taking everyone down memory lane of the greats. Someone put up a photo of Anaza El Nizr....Ruminaja Ali x Bint Deena. Stallion,m and the praises that folloowed. Then someone said a son of his was at Echuca, and on further questioning, the person said bought by George and now at a Rescue - both of them. Someone asked who the dam was, but the poster said due to privacy reasons, she was not permitted to say????!!!!! What an absolute waste of one of the finest lines in arabian breeding. What the f$#k is Tania Decker going to do with a superbly bred stallion? Yesterday at 20:01 • Edited • Like • 2 Vicki Carn probably put him over every mare she has Yesterday at 20:05 • Like • 4 Hilary Billett Why breed him of course Pam! She has some Arabian mares in her paddock!! Yesterday at 20:05 • Like • 1 Pam Venn SOPHIE UPDATE- The little arab mare that George (LPS) purchased with NUTS aka estallion from the Echuca Sales and then purchased with the help of donators by PR INC. on the same day from George (LPS) through the facebook group Rehoming Horses Victoria - Tania./ Yesterday at 20:06 • Like Pam Venn No photos of the stallion anywhere that I can find. Oh geez what an absolute shame. Yesterday at 20:06 • Like • 1 Annette Annie Heard There have been pics of NUTS on PR, Pam. The mare is pregnant by the sounds of a few posts. Yesterday at 20:25 • Like Pam Venn Does anybody know his name? I presume he would have been registered? And I would presume it was on the Saleyard Preview page? Yesterday at 20:36 • Like Annette Annie Heard Yes, they know exactly who he is Pam but not making it public. Yesterday at 20:37 • Like Pam Venn So, bought by George at sale, then onto Rehoming then to Pony Rescues. I cannot get onto the Rehoming page cos someone dont like me so cant check if there were any photos or details. They keep saying on Pony Rescues that Nuts (aka Estallion), but I have been right through Nizrs s progeny and cant see that name so I am presuming it is just their own reference. Yesterday at 20:43 • Like Pam Venn This is a photo of Nutss sire. Wonder why all the secrecy regarding the pedigree of Nuts????Anybody got any clues? Pam Venns photo. Yesterday at 20:46 • Like Pam Venn Cannot find him on any of the sales pages - I canno0t access photos back in November 2013 or my computer just wont load that many photos. I can see an album in Pre Auction with the right sales day, but there are only half the horses in it. Yesterday at 21:23 • Like Rebecca Jessup If you look up his sires progeny, can you look at them in years like the tb stud book? His brands say 1995 drop.... Yesterday at 21:31 • Like Pam Venn I have gone through every stallion that was born to the sire, but nothing has given me much of a clue. Pony rescue did say they traced the old owner, who had him for 12 years, (taught him to bow and everything), and then he was sold on and had a couple of not so good years. So I suppose I could eliminate by aging him at around 16 -17 years.. Yesterday at 21:33 • Like Rebecca Jessup I would say 19, his brand looks like a 2 over 5 Yesterday at 21:34 • Like Rebecca Jessup This is what I came up with Pam Venn Rebecca Jessups photo. Yesterday at 21:49 • Like Pam Venn Gee Rebecca, could I borrow your eyes? I have enlarged all the photos but cannot read any brands. The video above looks as though there is a P something, but there is so much smudging on his shoulders it is difficult to tell. Axel Renz closed down his stud, and I remember back in Vic horse days (well when I was using that), there was a couple of beautiful horses of his breeding bought at the sales. I will go and see if I can find any private messages in there cos I was conversing a lot with the girl who bought them, but I thought the male was a gelding. Absolutely beautiful breeding. He now has the big warmblood sale, but I think quite a few of his did have unhappy endings. Yesterday at 21:57 • Like Rebecca Jessup Look at the photos Annette put up Yesterday at 22:02 • Like Pam Venn Cannot see any photos posted by Annette - onl;y Vicky. There were quite a few stallions on the data base around that time with similar markings on the registration - il.e.snip to lip, or n.s. lip. So could be any one of them. Yesterday at 22:05 • Edited • Like Rebecca Jessup There is another post on neddys, a couple of posts down Yesterday at 22:12 • Like Rebecca Jessup There is only 3 tho in 95 and one is bay Yesterday at 22:13 • Like Rebecca Jessup There is also this one Rebecca Jessups photo. Yesterday at 22:18 • Like Rebecca Jessup Or this one.., the other 2 are bay Rebecca Jessups photo. Yesterday at 22:19 • Like Rebecca Jessup Rebecca Jessups photo. Yesterday at 22:19 • Like Pam Venn I reckon it might just be the third one - with the post re his history with one owner for 12 years and teaching him to bow etc, it would more likely be a lady owner than Axel. Then again, some people dont transfer ownership. Yesterday at 22:28 • Like Pam Venn And I would say the mare, sophie, is of the same type of breeding as they were both together. Notice how she has blocked the shaved shoulder markings with another photo so you cant pick them up? Yesterday at 22:35 • Like Susan Howman George went there with instructions to buy that stallion for whatever it took. He didnt care how much he had to pay for him to get him ... he told me that himself at the next sale... he was spending other peoples money. and it didnt matter to him how much he spent. They were getting ready to receive the stallion at MKs place the day BEFORE the sale. George paid $50, then they were calling for donations for him on RHV of $500 so he could go to PR. Of course, the $500 was raised. PR also purchased the mare, now known as Sophie. There was another mare but someone else bought her on the day of the sale. I have seen pics of her on another page. They all had the same brand. Please humour this old woman and dont mention the indignity of the name that Decker has given this beautiful stallion. Makes a mockery of him and her much touted slogan of a future with dignity and promise. How much dignity is there for a magnificent Arabian stallion with a name like the one she has given him?? And I agree with Hilary. Decker has 3 very nicely bred Arabian mares - all greys - and I think she will use him ... she knows *exactly* who he is, she has his papers, she has stated he WONT be gelded. 16 hrs • Like • 5 Nicole Boyd Im sure I know of Axel Renz. If memory serves me he lived melbourne way and hooked up with Belinda Klatte, Ulrich Klattes ex wife. Ulrich being well known for Belcam stud in QLD. They started a new stud down melbourne way and yes he had some magnificent arabians. He wouldnt be hard to track down if wanted to ask him yourself I reckon. 16 hrs • Like Susan Howman The stallion is the horse which will haunt me for the rest of my life. I desperately wanted to buy him but didnt have anywhere to put him at home. I made many phone calls that day in an attempt to place him until I could figure out what I would do with him. It was only much later that night when I couldnt sleep for thinking about him [and was able to think clearly, without panic], that the solution to owning him came to me - but by then of course it was waaaaaaay too late. I spent most of that day in his pen with him - he was an absolute sweetheart. Belinda kept encouraging me to buy him ... but those lack of facilities stopped me. I wont ever forget him. I wouldnt have cared how much I paid for him, if only I had been able to think of that solution much earlier. 16 hrs • Edited • Like • 3 Susan Howman Axel Renz contact us tab on top right of home page Susan Howman Susan Howmans photo. 15 hrs • Like Nicole Boyd Thats the one Susan! I couldnt remember the name of the stud, only that they had warmblood and arabian horses. There is a lot of yelling in the above post from PR. Why so defensive?? Seems they have something to hide?? 15 hrs • Edited • Like • 1 Hilary Billett Bullshit that TD didnt know his bloodlines, I asked MK several times if we could purchase him (trying to delay PR purchasing while a home was found) but had no chance as Susan said, he was already on order to Tania 14 hrs • Like • 4 Pam Venn That is such a shame Hilary - I am sure he would be looking a bit better with you at this stage, and also be appreciated more for the wonderful lines he carries behind him. So many of Axels mares and stallions went to Packenham sales and many went on the one way trip. 8 hrs • Like Pam Venn Ok * RECIkon it is the last one - Kususi because of the star strip snip o.sd. over upper lip. Looked at the photos below with the front on, and I reckon that is it. Brand on this one ids A6X 7 hrs • Like Annette Annie Heard Ive not said much but you would not believe the full story of what happened when I was organising to buy Cailler, from RHV. Its something I will never forget. There are some people who just want control of everything. 7 hrs • Like • 1 Susan Howman Hey Pam - you could always call Axel and ask him .... just a suggestion hehe Contact details 03 5626 7080 Mobile: 0408 744 064 6 hrs • Like Pam Venn I just might do that Susan, but I might try the registered owners of the three above first - as without a definitive marking, or brand, he would be only guessing. And it would not have been him that took them to AEchuca. 6 hrs • Edited • Like Pam Venn Also Susan, did you mnanage to look at the dates on the photos. Do I have to be committed or not? 6 hrs • Like Susan Howman see my PM Pam - *waves good bye* pmsl 4 hrs • Like Annette Annie Heard I will also second what Susan says in her longer comment above. I will also say, and if this comes back at me so help everyone on this page....... horses that go to RHV are specially chosen as they will be attractive to people who will pay the money to help give them life. 4 hrs • Like • 2 Pam Venn Seems to be Annette - some shonky goings on that is for sure - and reading Susans long post above made me sooooo angry I cant tell you.; Although this bgorgeousd boy appears to have been purchased specifically for a certain person. - who was then abl...See More 3 hrs • Like • 1 Susan Howman too true Annette - its a rort 3 hrs • Like • 4
