JUST IN: President Obama intervened in the Philadelphia transit strike after Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett asked Obama to appoint a presidential emergency board to mediate the labor dispute. Corbett said the presidents action will force workers to return to work and both parties to continue negotiations.
