Jack Blanchard & Misty Morgan are a husband and wife team that enjoyed a modicum of country chart success from the early to late 1970s. Their 1970 debut album, Birds of a Feather, included four songs that would hit the country charts, Big Black Bird (The Spirit of Our Love) #59 in 1969, Youve Got Your Troubles (Ive Got Mine) #27, Humphrey the Camel #5 and #78 on the Hot 100 both in 1970. The fourth charting song from the album would prove to be their biggest success, peaking at #1 on the country chart, it also peaked at #23 on the Hot 100, the novelty tune Tennessee Bird Walk. Although the duo continued to hit the country charts fairly consistently through 1976, no other song would match the success of Tennessee Bird Walk.
