Jack Ranguma of Kisumu County must start listening to the voices of his critics. Thats the only way he will start appreciating the problems facing his administration and put corrective measures. The clones around him are a big let down to the governor. Some of us are willing to tell him why the people are not happy with him and how he can overcome the challenges with a view of connecting with the county men and women.
