Jacob was born 12 weeks premature and suffered a brain injury due to complications during his birth. Due to these complications, Jacob developed cerebral palsy effecting all his limbs. Jacob cannot walk independently unless he is in his walker but tires easily so his mum Sarah needs to raise funds for a basic paediatric wheelchair and any car modifications.
