Jaedon update - One week ago today Jaedon had his surgery on his ankle of which was no fault of anyones. After speaking with the doctor, he told me it is not common for this to occur. Even for strep to not be controlled through medication, typically the body rids itself of it. Unfortunately in the rare occurrence in this case, we see the aftermath. I have a few photos from yesterday in this mix like his first ride in the wheel chair. Bless his heart, he gets excited to see the front desk and to go down stairs. His tube came out today which hurt him a bit but that is another big step in getting this nightmare over with. Sadly though he will have to wait until at least Friday before he comes to Yokotas hospital. Thank you for ALL of your thoughts and prayers. I pass on as much as I possibly can. And please please keep my beautiful angel Liz in your thoughts as well as she is dealing with issues back home. Its been a tough week but praying it is nearly over with...thank you everyone...
