Jafars Shawarma Station, happy new year! Im not sure if your Rustans Ayala staff is too fond of the happy part in that greeting. After screwing up my order a few week ago, they skipped todays order, forgot to buzz my resturant pager and made me wait much longer than expected. After noticing this, they nonchalantly made my salad. When I asked for an explanation, here was the curt reply: Aw, naay lain nikuha sa imong order. I pressed on for a better reason, but they only exchanged looks while the frowning lady I spoke to tugged at the pager even when I wasnt done talking yet. Only when asked if there was someone I could talk to about their poor service did she grumble something akin to an apology that someone else took my order. Yes, apologizing for something they apparently had nothing to do with. In short, you guys, I love your shawarma, but Ive met Sintra standees with better frontliner skills than your Rustans staff.
