Jalan seorang pengembara menuju cahaya Illahi, jalan pulang ke sisi-Nya, jalan perjalanan mengarungi kehidupan di dunia untuk mengarungi pengembara di akhirat nanti. Bukankah Rasul SAW telah mengingatkan kepada kita bahwa pengembaraan di dunia fana ini hanya sesaat saja, sedangkan pengembaraan di akhirat sangatlah panjang dan langgeng. Sesungguhnya Islam tidak bebas nilai dimana pun manusia berada di dunia ini, Rasulullah telah mengajarkannya pula, mencontohkannya kepada umatnya dimana dan dalam kondisi apa pun. Bagaimana adab, etika, aturan seperti misalnya, masuk dan keluar kamar mandi, beranjak tidur dan bangun tidur, keluar dan masuk rumah, masjid dan sebagainya. Kenapa sampai diatur demikian? Karena Rasulullah SAW sungguh sangat sayang dan menyayangi umatnya, tidak ingin umatnya jatuh tergelincir kejurang kehidupan seperti setan. Derajat manusia dapat lebih tinggi dari Malaikat, qalbunya dilingkupi cahaya, terang meskipun belum diberi minyak, tetapi derajat manusia dapat saja serendah binatang dan bahkan lebih hina. Rasul SAW, bersabda; Jika hati seseorang baik, maka baik perbuatannya, dan jika hati seseorang buruk, buruk pula perilakunya. Tentang qalbu, Ibnu Qayyim mengatakan qalbu manusia memiliki 6 (enam) tempat yang selalu ia jelajahi; Tiga tempat rendah dan tiga tempat tinggi. 3 (tiga) tempat rendah yang selalu ia jelajahi itu adalah : 1. DUNIA yang berhias untuk menggodanya 2. HAWA NAFSU yang berbisik kepadanya 3. MUSUH (SETAN) yang senantiasa mengusiknya Kekayaan (harta), kedudukan (jabatan), syahwat (nafsu) adalah hal yang selalu dilalui, diinginkan, terbesit dalam hati setiap manusia untuk menggodanya. Dan setan terus mengendus-edus, mengusik, agar manusia terus berhasrat memilikinya apapun caranya, dimana dan dalam kondisi apapun. Sedangkan 3 (tiga) tempat tinggi yang selalu ia jumpai dan jelajahi adalah : 1. ILMU yang menunjukinya 2. AKAL yang membimbing dan 3. ILLAH ia sembah Hasrat atau keinginan untuk mencari Ilmu (Thalabul Ilmi), berpikir tentang alam semesta, mentadabburi Ayat-ayat Al-Quran dan ingin dekat dengan Allah Taala adalah hal yang paling tinggi yang terbesit dalam hati/qalbu manusia. Jika rasa ingin itu keukeuh atau keyeng untuk mencapainya, memikirkannya dengan akal sehat dilaksanakan dengan amal perbuatan. Bukan hal yang mustahil dapat dicapainya. Karena Kaum Salaf mengatakan; Bukan hal yang mustahil seseorang di dalam dipenjara, dapat memetik bunga di taman, tanpa keluar dari jeruji. Inti setiap kerusakan diakibatkan oleh taatnya kepada hawa nafsu dan panjangnya cita-cita terhadap dunia. Mentaati hawa nafsu akan membutakan seorang manusia terhadap Al-Haq, sedangkan panjangnya cita-cita atau angan-angan membuat lupa kepada akhirat. Barangsiapa yang cinta dunia, maka dunia akan memperlihatkan padanya sebagai sesuatu yang besar, yang menjadikannya padanya sebagai pelayan dan budaknya sehingga orang itu terhina. Dan barangsiapa yang berpaling dari dunia, maka dunia memandangnya sebagai orang besar, sehingga ia menjadi celaan orang tersebut dan hina dihadapannya. Demikian Ibnu Qayyim mengatakan. Allah SWT, berfirman; Yang menafkahkan hartanya (dijalan Allah) untuk membersihkannya. (Q.S.Al-Lail : 18) Rasulullah SAW, bersabda; Berinfaqlah kamu wahai anak Adam, maka aku akan berinfaq kepadamu!. (H.R.Bukhari) Wahai pengembara, sungguh dengan berinfaq berarti membentuk kepekaan, empati, dan membantu kekuatan sosial di sisi lain.
