During this current Eid Holiday I spent my vacation in al khobar with my younger brother working in aramco last july 26 2014 yanbu-dammam and return july 31 dammam-yanbu. On this day I have check-in my luggage(Electric Guitar with case) having claim stub capalar/james mr. SEQ NR-60 ZF416R 1/7 to YNB XY 372 /31July. Due to some delay in Immigration Xray because of huge passengers I was left by the plane. So decided to return to flynas office talk with your staffs to confirm if my luggage was lifted to yanbu they keep me waiting for 5 hours until i get there answere confirming that my luggage was lifted to yanbu. So I purchase another ticket last Aug.2 for yanbu, when I was about to claim my luggage I found out that my luggage was still in Dammam so this Luggage Claim Officer told me to comeback tommorrow. on August 3,4,5 I return to him and follow-up my luggage believing that it was arrived today but I failed to recieve it. Sir I have nothing to do but to return again and hoping tommorrow I will recieve it. Actually I was suffering because I was paying Taxi pair very high from airport to yanbu. Sir sorry if i attached this message to your facebook account but im helpless no one is answering phone when i was just to call all youre website but its block..because of the neglegence of your flynas employees supposed to do there jobs better to all your passengers. I hope you would look into a matter, and make sure such an incident is not be repeated again.
