Jamie Martens Just a message for everyone to stay safe and not do anything stupid on such celebratory day. There was a single crash on Port Kennedy Drive about an hour ago. Police, plane, ambulance, firetruck all fast response. I was running up the path heading towards the beach and made it safely then turned back *thankfully*. They were possibly under the influence or just driving stupid but theyve managed to come hammering across the other side of the road and flip the car onto the pathway were people often frequent. Everyone just stay safe please. If I had left 10 minutes later, I wouldnt of made home to my family. Celebrate this countries day, not your family celebrating your life at your funeral!
