Jammu and Kashmir REHBAR E TAILEM TEACHERS FORUM ANANTNAG ELECTION NOTIFICATION FOR ZONE VERINAG No: - JKRTF/DP/And/E/19-25/2013 Date: - 18-06-2013 It is notified today on 17th of June 2013 that the elections for the executive council of JK REHBAR E TAILEM TEACHERS FORUM for zone Verinag will be conducted on 6th of July 2013. The executive council includes President, General secretary and Organizer. The rest of the executive committee would framed by the executive council within fifteen days after the completion of elections. It is to mention here that a candidate can contest election for only one post out of three posts notified. Further it is notified that the RReTs, ReTs, 3rd Teachers or converted EVs who intend to contest in the elections can get the election forms from Assistant Returning Officer from 20 th of June 2013 against a cash payment of Rs 50. The contesting candidates can submit their forms, complete in all respects up to 2pm of 24th June 2013 along with a non refundable cash payment of Rs 500 for the application form of president and Rs 300 for the application of general secretary and organizer as security deposit, with ARO (Mr. Syed Altaf Hussain RReT MS Chowgund, Contact No 9906533240) against proper receipt. The forms will be scrutinized on 25th of June and the candidature can be withdrawn up to 2 pm of 26th of June. An ample time of 8days will be provided to the contesting candidates to carry on their election campaign. The election campaign will conclude on 4th of July at 5pm and if necessary the elections will be held on 6th of July 2013 at various polling booths from 9am to 2pm.
