Jan. 17 But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. – 1 Tim. 6:11 Do you want to show others that Christ has made you a new person? Then stop doing the sinful things you’re doing. Instead, develop habits of righteousness, godliness, faith, love, stability, and gentleness. In that way your words and actions will match one another. Prayer – God, You know I’ve not always followed You as I should. I want to be a better person but my habits have constantly pulled me down. Help me develop the habits that make me more like Jesus. Cleanse me of sin and put a new heart within me. In the name of Christ, my Redeemer I ask it. Amen.
