Jan 1st, 2015~~~~ Thankful for a lazy day of lounging around with my kiddos....No hurries, No worries, No cooking (yep thats right! No cooking) My girls dont like ham, collards or black eyed peas so I didnt fool with it this year. Why do all that cooking when they aint gonna eat it. ;-) So pizza it was and who doesnt love some pizza with some good ole pepsi.. Thankful for a very LONG (much needed) hot bath that I used my bath crystals in that I got from my girls for Christmas along with the awesome smelling shower gel they got me also. Thankful for waking up extra early this morning for some much needed quite time between me and the Lord. Also thankful for a wonderful suggestion from my neighbor Marci about something that Ive wanted for a very long time and finally ordered it for myself! YEP! Thats right! I treated myself! I deserve it! :-) Thankful that Ive always put my kids 1st BUT thankful that I was able to do a little something special for myself on the very 1st day of the New Year! Cant wait for my package to arrive. Thankful that altho my health isnt the greatest that the Lord has sustained me thus far and he will continue to sustain me as long as he sees fit. And I am honestly so very thankful for the things Ive learned living with a Chronic Illness. Yes! There is always a positive side to everything......The hard part sometimes is just taking the time to find it. Happy New Year EVERYONE! May God Bless You All! Love, hugs and prayers!
