Janaida-Marii was born Janaida Marie Smart to Willie R.Smart and Vanessa Gail Anderson-Smart on November 26, 1990. Janaida started singing at the age of 10 in the Loring Flemming Elementary School Concert Band. At age 14, she joined Green Grove Baptist Church where she became an active member of the Youth Ministry. It was there that Janaida started really developing her craft, and making sure that she was ready for the journey that was coming her way. In October 2011, Janaida started really dedicating everything she had into her craft. She first met with Digital Sean of Mo Skrilla. It was there she found her signature sound. In August of 2012, Janaida joined forces with some of the best producers and rappers in the Sj area and signed the contract with I GOT NOW PRODUCTIONS. There, she is truly developing herself, her music, and her talent. Shows, Album Release Dates, and more, will all be posted at the appointed time.
