Jane Lauppen The inevitable rise in crime under the present coalition government. Where do the public think people are going to get money to live on now the Tories and the liberal democrats have enforced outrageous sanctions on job seekers who have no work? Many thousands both sick and well, are having their money stopped for 4 weeks at the whim of job centre staff,as directed by Iain Duncan Smiths Department of work and pensions. The reason civilised nations have a welfare system is to stop such a breakdown in society where people have no other option to feed themselves or their families but to resort to crime. The rapid rise in the level of crime is historically well recognised in times of Tory led governments ,corresponding to the deliberately cruel and unfair mandates it decrees which hurt and harm the whle fabric of the nation. We have a group of extremely wealthy amoral men and women who would prefer that those already suffering hardship are forced to rob and steal in order to feed themselves and/or their families. There will be thousands more innocent victims of this governments inane and harsh sanctions .Unless we oust them from power,we will see the fastest growing rate of crime on the streets of Britain since Thatchers era. facebook/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fredpepper.org.uk%2Fdispelling-the-thatcher-myths%2F&h=YAQFlI0C5AQH9n9-YxgGxk0A_Ez8U9xo2PTR1XZJn5bTo6g&s=1
