January 12, 2015 For Immediate Release Contact: (501) 952-6169 or info@speakloudly Reading and Writing for Success Literary Incubators (Little Rock, AR) November 6th through November 8, 2014 the National Black Childrens Book Fair Tour was launched in Little Rock, AR to bring books and the authors and illustrators who create them to various cities around the country. The tour was met with excitement and enthusiasm from educators around the state. As a result several schools invited the tour creator and executive director Patrick Oliver to their campuses to facilitate literary sessions for students with educators in attendance to learn more about these innovative approaches. “We are creating literary incubators at schools and cultural centers throughout the United States. I’m excited that the participating schools reached out to me wanting to implement some of the items recommend at the book fair. We plan on engaging 1500 children and youth this month” Oliver said.
