January 16th is a celebration of the noblest of creatures, the dragon! As symbols, dragons have existed for centuries. Some sociologists believe that dragons of myth and legend were the result of our ancestors combining the lizards and alligators they knew about with the few, fossilized skulls and dinosaur remains theyd encountered. However, those whove met a dragon know that sociologists are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
