January 2....... Tonight as I sit and think of the hurt among so many moms/dads. I decided to share the scripture that God told me I had to obey if I would ever see change in Tim. I Corinthians 5:5...Hand this man over to Satan, so that the sinful nature may be DESTROYED and his spirit SAVED on the day of the Lord. This is exactly what I had to do last June. It was the hardest time I think I had to do in my last 17 years of trying to rescue Tim. BUT it was the BEST thing I ever did. It FORCED Tim to have to hit rock bottom. AND then the Lord spoke into my broken heart: Isaiah 43:1-4 that he would be with me through it all and that I was precious in HIS sight and HE loved me. Jeremiah 29:11 That HE had a plan, a hope and a purpose AND that HE would bring HIM out of captivity as HE began to seek HIM. I Corinthians 15:58 Stand firm, let nothing move you, because you know that your labor in the LORD IS NOT IN VAIN... AND then my sweet Jesus always brought this song to me AND my brother reminded me the other day that this song has over a million hits, which tells me that WE all want to know that we can go on BECAUSE HE LIVES , WE CAN FACE TOMORROW...
